Privacy Policy

We do not collect, sell, or share your personal information. BGM Alarm has no user accounts and no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The alarms you create and the audio you choose are stored locally on your device.

The optional Adaptive Wake Sound feature reads your recent sleep from the Apple Health app so it can wake you with a gentler sound on nights you didn't rest well. This only happens if you grant permission.

Health data is read on a read-only basis, processed entirely on your device, and never leaves your phone, is never uploaded to us, and is never used for advertising. You can turn the feature off, or revoke access at any time in the iOS Settings or Health app, without affecting the rest of the App.

If you record a custom alarm sound, use the audio from a video in your library, or import an audio file, that content is used only to create your alarm and is stored on your device. We do not access, view, or receive these recordings or files.

BGM Alarm uses Apple's AlarmKit to schedule alarms that ring through Silent Mode, Focus, and Do Not Disturb, and to show them on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Alarm scheduling is handled on your device by the operating system; we do not receive any of this information.

The App may let you open external links or preview content hosted by third parties. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms, which we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site or service.

Because your data stays on your device, it is protected by your device's own security, such as your passcode and Face ID or Touch ID. We take reasonable measures to protect the App, but no method of electronic storage is completely secure.

You control every permission the App requests — microphone, photos, and Health — and can grant or revoke each one in the iOS Settings app. To remove all of the App's data, simply delete the App from your device.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Policy, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly.
